We want your order to fit and feel right. Please review the conditions below before sending an item back.
Eligibility
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase and the order number are required.
- For hygiene reasons, panties and other intimate items are not returnable after their protective seal or packaging has been opened, except where faulty.
Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on stock availability. Delivery charges and any price difference will be confirmed before the exchange is processed.
Faulty or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. Confirmed faults or fulfilment errors will be handled without the standard return restrictions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the available original payment method after inspection. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
