Open the Size guide beside the size options on a product page. The guide shown is selected for that product category.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can only change an order before it has entered packing or dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Sign in to My Account and open Orders. If tracking is available, it will appear with your order details.
What payment methods are accepted?
Available methods appear securely at checkout and depend on your delivery location and the payment options enabled by the store.
Can I exchange a size?
Eligible unworn products may be exchanged under our Return & Exchange policy. Hygiene restrictions apply to intimate items.
