## What a padded bra does

A padded bra has a thin foam layer inside the cup. It gives a smooth, rounded shape, hides nipple show-through under thin fabric, and adds a little fullness. **Lightly padded** (T-shirt bras) adds shape only; **push-up** adds lift and cleavage.

**Wear it with:** fitted T-shirts, lawn and chiffon shirts, sarees, western dresses.
**Best for:** A–C cups, formal wear, anyone who wants a smooth look.

## What a non-padded bra does
